What you get
Bunyip roofs range from township cottages to rural homes carrying big arrays, and Daniel covers them all with careful solar panel cleaning. He hand washes with deionised water and soft brushes, then checks the system over in a free condition inspection.
Daniel's promise
No subcontractors and no surprises: in Bunyip, Daniel quotes a fixed price and cleans your panels himself.
At the eastern edge of Cardinia Shire, Bunyip combines a compact town centre with plenty of rural-residential properties stretching north towards Bunyip State Park. Older weatherboards, brick family homes and houses on several acres all appear here. Daniel personally handles every Bunyip job, carrying his own height-safety gear and taking the time to get each roof right.

You booked Daniels Solar Cleaning, you get Daniel. No subcontractors and no trainees, ever.
Iron, Colorbond and tiled roofs across Bunyip are cleaned with a light touch, and Daniel remains harnessed with proper height-safety equipment the entire time.
He tells you what he found — even when that means your panels didn't need doing yet.
Town and acreage
Solar in Bunyip is spread across very different properties, and Daniel adapts his access and setup to each one.
Towards the state park, many homes are surrounded by tall eucalypts. Leaf litter and bark collect on the glass, and Daniel clears it gently while noting any branches starting to shade the array.
Rural houses with verandahs, extensions and carports often have panels split across several roof sections. Each area is cleaned individually, and pricing still comes down to the total number of panels.
Closer to the station and shops, houses sit on standard blocks with smaller systems. These cleans are usually quick, and customers don't need to be home if Daniel can get down the side.
A familiar 3815 story: Panels on a treed property where leaf litter has settled along the lower edge of each row, and the owner hasn't had anyone up there since the system went in.

That film isn't loose dust. It's bonded pollen, traffic soot and mineral residue — and rain doesn't shift it.

Best times to book
For solar owners in 3815, a few points in the year stand out for booking a clean.
Nov–Dec
Booked in late spring, a clean clears winter grime and pollen so a large rural array heads into summer's long days with nothing blocking the light.
Sep–Oct
Spring's pollen quickly settles onto glass that's already dulled by winter. A clean now lets the condition inspection check how the system came through the colder months.
Mar–May
Bark, leaves and droppings pile up through the warmer months on treed blocks. Autumn is a good time to clear them before damp winter weather encourages lichen.
Anytime
If you notice a tree growing towards the array or new debris gathering on the glass, a clean paired with the inspection shows exactly what is happening up there.
Bunyip questions
A system of up to 6 panels costs $140 to clean, 12 panels costs $150 and 14 panels costs $170, including GST. Every panel after that is $5, so a 30 panel rural array is $250. Double-storey homes pay the same, and the free condition inspection is included.
Yes. Big systems are common on rural lots and Daniel is equipped for them. The price is agreed first using the $5 per panel rate beyond 14, and he cleans every row by hand while harnessed on the roof.
Treed properties usually do best with a clean twice a year, as leaves, bark and droppings build up faster than on open blocks. Homes with less overhead cover are generally fine with an annual clean.
Daniel's method is designed to be warranty-safe. He uses only deionised pure water and soft brushes, with no detergents, harsh chemicals or pressure washers, so the glass and its coatings aren't exposed to anything that could cause damage.
It does. Dust, pollen, droppings and leaf litter all block some of the light meant for the cells, and even a single dropping can shade part of a panel. Clearing the glass helps the system produce what it was designed to.
Not if Daniel can reach the side or back of the house. Leave gate or pet instructions when you book, and he'll email before and after photos plus any inspection notes the same day.
Yes. Shops, workshops and other commercial roofs in and around Bunyip can be booked too. Daniel looks at access and panel numbers first, then provides a fixed price before any work starts.
Yes. When a few households nearby book on the same visit, everyone receives a better rate. It works well on rural roads where several properties have solar, so just pass on the addresses when you get in touch.
