Daniel's promise
One person quotes, climbs, cleans and reports back, and in Mount Eliza that person is always Daniel.
Mount Eliza is known for leafy streets, generous blocks and established homes set back behind mature gardens, with plenty of architect-designed and rebuilt houses among them. Daniel carries out every solar clean here himself. He answers your enquiry, agrees the price, climbs the roof in his harness and emails the photos afterwards, so nothing gets passed to a subcontractor along the way.

You booked Daniels Solar Cleaning, you get Daniel. No subcontractors and no trainees, ever.
Mount Eliza's terracotta tiles, slate-look finishes and Colorbond pitches are all cleaned with a light touch, Daniel clipped into height-safety gear throughout.
He tells you what he found — even when that means your panels didn't need doing yet.
Leafy established blocks
Big gardens, long driveways and a mix of older and rebuilt homes mean each Mount Eliza job starts with a quick look at access.
Many Mount Eliza blocks keep mature gums and ornamental trees close to the house. Leaf litter tends to gather along panel edges, and the inspection flags any new shading from growing branches.
Houses often sit well back from the street. Daniel only needs a clear path and side access to set up, so the clean can go ahead while you're out.
Newer two-storey rebuilds here often carry bigger arrays spread across several roof planes. Pricing stays panel-based, with no extra charge for height or for splitting the work across faces.
A familiar 3930 scene: Panels tucked beneath overhanging branches that look fine from the garden, but hold a layer of leaf litter and pollen that only becomes obvious once someone is up on the roof.
See the difference
That film isn't loose dust. It's bonded pollen, traffic soot and mineral residue — and rain doesn't shift it.

Best times to book
Mount Eliza gardens drop leaves and pollen at different times, so these windows tend to suit a clean best.
November–December
A late-spring clean lifts away the season's pollen and leaf litter so the array meets the longest days of the year with nothing sitting on the glass.
September–October
Spring gardens shed pollen that settles into a fine film on panels. Cleaning early in the season clears it before warmer weather dries it onto the glass.
March–May
Deciduous trees and summer's dried droppings leave the glass patchy by autumn. A clean now, plus the condition inspection, sets the system up well before winter.
Anytime
Arborist work near the house can scatter fine sawdust and leaf fragments over the array. Booking a clean once the pruning is finished gets the panels back to clear glass.
Mount Eliza questions
Solar panel cleaning in Mount Eliza is $140 for up to 6 panels, $150 for 12 and $170 for 14, all GST inclusive. Beyond that, each extra panel adds $5, so a 20 panel array comes to $200. Two-storey homes pay no surcharge, and the free condition inspection is part of every clean.
Often, yes. Once a year suits most homes, but panels under or beside big trees collect leaf litter, pollen and bird droppings faster. Twice a year usually keeps them in good shape, and Daniel will give you an honest recommendation after the first clean.
Yes. He works on the roof itself, harnessed to height-safety gear, so steep pitches and two-storey heights are part of normal work. There's no surcharge for the height, and if part of an array genuinely can't be reached safely, you aren't charged for it.
Leafy blocks tend to fill gutters as well as dirty panels, so many owners add it. Gutter vacuum cleaning is 10% off when booked with a solar clean, and both jobs are done in the same visit.
While cleaning, Daniel looks for cracked glass, lifted seals, loose clamps and any new shading, such as branches that have grown over the array. Anything worth knowing about is photographed and emailed to you with your before and after shots the same day.
No, as long as Daniel can get to the side or back of the house. Leave the gate unlocked and let him know about any pets, and he'll finish the job and email the photos while you're at work or away.
Dust, pollen and droppings block some of the light that should reach the cells, and even a single dropping can shade part of a panel. Clean glass lets the system work the way it was designed to, which is why regular cleaning is worthwhile.
Yes. Daniel also cleans commercial and strata roofs. Because access, roof layout and panel numbers vary more on these buildings, he'll ask a few questions or take a look first, then give you a fixed quote before any work is booked.
